Sour Steezle currently resides in the most beautiful corner of Colorado, a place where the beer flows like wine, and beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Kapastrano. As you reach a higher elevation, both mentally and physically, you begin to understand the true beauty of this magnificent landscape. The very talented men and women of Sour Steezle are always down to get down. We love filming and we would love to film you if you got what it takes. So join the breathtaking times with Sour Steezle.

The first day after moving to California, Sour Steezle riders Kelsey Rowe and Max Lindsey laid claim to the first Sour tracks of the season on October 6!! We had a few Go Pro formatting issues so we didn't get many shots, but we ran into fellow Gunnyite, Blake, and had a grand ole time playing in the powdur!

Morning Cottonwood.

Colin, Max and Mikey headed up to Cottonwood Pass to shred the 7 miles of down hill pavement. This run took about a half hour to complete and consisted of over 2,100ft of vertical. Enough shreddage to give any ripper a case of the morning cottonwood. Sit back and enjoy the ride, I know we did!

Sours turning heads on Blue Mesa.

The Summer is winding down witch means the Sour Crew is getting geared up for another Epic Winter! The riders of Sour Steezle have been killing it all summer long on there longboards, wakeboards, hydrofoils, bikes, dirtbikes and even their barefeet. Props to Mikey, Matt Byrne, Dave Sugnet, Dane Vanderwall, and Mark Mikos for skiing every month of the summer if not more. Two Sour Steezlelets, Scott and Matty C got an epic kiteboarding session in yesterday thats definitely blog worthy. The wind was howling like Michele Jackson on high elevation blue mesa lake.

Blue Skies, Sunshine, and Some Nice Pow

March is here and so are the blue skies and sunshine. With powder on the mind Sour has been making every effort to get after the great conditions. Over two feet of fresh powder snow fell in the backcountry this week. Sour took advantage of the new snow and stacked up a couple shots for next years movie. Here's a few pics of what the boys have been up to.

Barefootin Sour Style

Barefooting requires the skier to travel at higher speeds, speed can be approximated by the following formula: skier weigh / 10 + 25. We never used the formula on high elevation Blue Mesa Lake, at 7,519 the little 1992 ski boat had to be held wide open to achieve Barefooting speeds. Turn up the beat and watch the carnage as the Boyz Progress their Barefooting skills..
