Sour Steezle currently resides in the most beautiful corner of Colorado, a place where the beer flows like wine, and beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Kapastrano. As you reach a higher elevation, both mentally and physically, you begin to understand the true beauty of this magnificent landscape. The very talented men and women of Sour Steezle are always down to get down. We love filming and we would love to film you if you got what it takes. So join the breathtaking times with Sour Steezle.
Props to Dillion Blodgett for capturing these truly magnificent Photographs and Zach Ostrander for doing a great job on this years park! It's better than Chuckie Cheese.
Barefooting requires the skier to travel at higher speeds, speed can be approximated by the following formula: skier weigh / 10 + 25. We never used the formula on high elevation Blue Mesa Lake, at 7,519 the little 1992 ski boat had to be held wide open to achieve Barefooting speeds. Turn up the beat and watch the carnage as the Boyz Progress their Barefooting skills..
The Western State Freeskiing Team traveled 1120 miles, 21 hours 54 minutes, 10 people, in 1 van, 1 chance to stomp it. Be ready for some pole whacking action, because the team ripped it up! Congratulations to Mark Mikos for Placing 4th overall and pre qualifying himself for the rest of the tour!
Sour Steezle athletes, filmers, and photographers put on a show at the January 21st Rail Jam, put on by WSC Freeride Ski Team. Free Hot doggz, flying Redbulls, and a flippin' good time were had by all. Sour Steezle's John O'Rourke took first, Casey took second and Jon Kane taking third.
